Glen James

Glen provides 30 years of financial, accounting and operational experience within a wide range of industries from startups to international corporations. He was Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Portland Brewing Company until founding Greenstead Consulting Services in 2000.

Glen has worked for over 25 years in the Portland area with a variety of small, emerging manufacturing, retail, service, and distribution organizations. Glen has developed over 50 unique financial and operational plans for both financing and internal use in improving operations. He has worked hands-on in developing financial strategies to successfully turn around struggling companies and has designed and modeled accounting and reporting systems to provide consistent, meaningful information.

Tim Long

Tim provides 20 years of experience in tactical problem solving support to management. His background includes all phases of financial statement preparation, accounting system conversions and tax planning, coordination and compliance. He has worked with a wide range of small businesses in manufacturing, service and distribution. Tim has served clients that require a part time controller to close the books and prepare monthly statements, as well as projects, at client offices.
